Our nursery education seminars are specially designed for you, your partner and your baby.
Small groups so you will receive personalized and high quality training. We will be focused in your baby and yours health.
Our program consist in 7 lessons where we will see all the stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
In our lesson 0 we will meet each one and we will design a personalized plan.
All our lessons consist in a theorical and a practical part, including exercises and relaxation techniques for body and mind.
We will enforce your pelvic floor and you will learn massage and relaxing techniques for babies.
Our objective is to bring you a physical and mind training in a quiet and pleasant way. We will give you the opportunity to answer all your questions and doubts.
Nursery Education can be performed from 27th pregnancy week and it takes 7 sessions of 1:30 hours.
Partners or companions are welcomed.
